Brief Bio:
I am currently retired from the eucation, but still teach as part-time adjunct faculty for Yakima Valley College in the Education Department. I taught for 8 years in the Yakima School District (4th grade) before I accepted a full time job as full time faculty and department/program chair in the Early Childhood / Education Department at Yakima Valley Community College. I remained in that position until my retirement in June 2018. While there I was also involed in many committees both State and local.
Since retirement I have enjoyed as much travel as I can - highlights have been to Budapest and Italy (I fell in love with both). I stay very involved and active with my family and especially with my grandchildren and all of their activities and sporting events.
