Suzan M. Goodman (married name "Zielasko") was born on April 1, 1952, the daughter of missionaries to the Central African Republic.  She came to Sunnyside in the fall of 1964 as we started 7th grade, and went to school here through her junior year.  After her parents returned from Africa on furlough in 1969, they moved to Indiana, where Suzan graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 1970.  Her three siblings all graduated from Sunnyside High School, David (1965), Anne (1966), and Paul (1969).  Suzan later married John Zielasko, and passed away in Winona Lake, Indiana, on October 19, 2003, at the age of 51.
