Kris Schons of Grandview passed away at Cottage in the Meadow Hospice Center on July 14, 2016.

She is survived by our father Michael (Donna) Schons Sr. of Union Gap, brothers Tom (Marie) Schons of Vale, OR and Joe Schons of Yakima, sisters Kathryn (Ron) Posey of Prosser, Diane Schons of Austin, TX Barb Hughes of Vancouver, Patty Schons of Vancouver, Lori Schons of Pensacola, FL and Lisa (John) Woody of Auburn, WA. Also many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by our mother Bonnie Schons, brother Michael Schons Jr. and sister Theresa Schons.

Kris loved the outdoors, being out on the lake fishing, camping and strolling along the ocean beaches. She loved critters; she always had her dog at her side. Rest in peace dear sister.
